What medications are included in your assortment?

We include either branded or generic medications in the assortment. All the medications meet the quality standards.

Is the ordering procedure convenient and what steps it includes?

Yes, it is. We are directed to simplify the ordering procedure as much as possible. The ordering includes several steps:

  • choose the right medication;
  • press the “Add to cart” button;
  • choose the dosage and quantity and press the “Add to cart” button one more time;
  • look through the order details in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout;
  • enter the personal data and submit an order.

Is a prescription mandatory condition for purchasing drugs?

Yes, it is. We require a prescription for drugs if they are intended for a sale with it. It is a way to avoid self-medication.

What about the shipping fee you offer?

The shipping options are described on the website. The time of delivery is dependent on the chosen option: regular or express. If you need the parcel faster you are welcome to choose courier express system. The fee also varies on the type of delivery. All the orders are processed within 24 hours.

What shipping options do you offer?

At the moment, we deliver items by means of the following shipping options: Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) and Airmail service (14 – 21 days). The tracking is possible in the case of express courier delivery.

Is your shipping international?

We offer our customers international delivery. If you doubt your country is included in the list address our customer care service team.

Is it safe to make orders via your service?

We have taken all the efforts to protect our customers. We respect their rights for confidentiality and anonymity. The parcels have no signs and notes of what there are inside.

Are there any cases of parcel missing or damage?

We guarantee our customers almost 100% delivery. But there are very rare cases when the parcel is damaged or missing. In this case, you are welcome to contact our support service and an operator will inform you about how your problem will be solved. We offer our customers with refund or reshipment depending on each individual case.

 

What if I still haven’t received my order?

The maximum delivery time depends on the chosen option. If you choose regular delivery the maximum delivery time is up to 30 business days. If you opt to express delivery the maximum waiting time is 14 business days. Besides, express delivery is trackable. It means you are able to follow the delivery and get to know the approximate delivery time.

Do you accept only credit cards?

Currently, we accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB, and E-Checks. If new payment options appear the information in FAQs will be changed.
